Ms. Dunlap is a founder of the San Francisco-based EqualRights Advocates Inc., a feminist public interest law firm, and is a partner in the San Francisco firm of Dunlap & Thorkelson, which specializes in anti-discrimination and constitutional rights matters. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Golden Gate University, New College and the University of San Francisco Law Schools in San Francisco, where she teaches gay/lesbian rights, sex discrimination and the law, and trial advocacy.
