Marc Cohan is the Director of Litigation at the Welfare Law Center, which advocates on behalf of low-income people to ensure that adequate income support is available to meet basic needs. The Center’s program is concentrated in two areas: Project Fair Play, which involves direct participation and support for litigation nationwide, and the Client Engagement Project, which includes the Low Income Networking and Communications Project and the Workfare Research and Advocacy Project.
