Stephen Vladeck is the A. Dalton Cross Professor in Law at the University of Texas School of Law. He has written for the Harvard Law Review, the Yale Law Journal, the New York Times, BuzzFeed, CNN, and the LawFare blog. He earned a B.A. from Amherst College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
