Hon. Ellen M. Yacknin is an Acting County Court Judge in Monroe County, New York. From 1989 until she assumed the Rochester City Court bench in 2003, Judge Yacknin was Senior Counsel for Health and Litigation at the Greater Upstate Law Project in Rochester, New York.
