Khaled Beydoun
Khaled Beydoun is an Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law and Senior affiliated faculty at the University of California Berkeley Islamophobia Research and Documentation Project. His research examines the tension between First Amendment protections and prevailing counter-terror policing programs. His critically acclaimed book, “American Islamophobia: Understanding the Roots andRise of Fear,” was published in 2018 and his co-edited volume Islamophobia and the Law was published last year in 2019. He is a member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights in Michigan.
